Privacy, in plain words.

What you enter in a check — places, answers, notes, documents you’ve had read — is saved in this browser’s local storage. There’s no account. Nothing in the file is sent anywhere unless you use a feature that says, at that moment, that it sends something.

You can export the file or clear it at any time from your file. Clearing your browser’s data clears it too, and it won’t be on your other devices until you put it there. To move it, export the JSON, carry that file yourself, and import it on the other device. This site does not upload the booking file and does not create an account for it.

When you ask us to read a quote, DM, menu or consent form, the reading is done here in your browser, by rules that came with the page. None of it goes to Anthropic. Text you paste isn’t sent anywhere at all — there’s no request for it. A PDF is the exception: only a server can open one and pull the words out, so the file goes to this site, the words come back here to be read, and it’s used for that and nothing else. Extracted words are held only for that request, then discarded. They are not written into your booking file unless you choose to keep a finding. Nothing about what the PDF says is logged. An anonymous price report carries no personal data: no name, no contact details, and no stored IP address. Reports are moderated and only ever shown in aggregate.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page visits. It records the page path only: query strings and anything after a “#” are removed before anything is sent, and shared-summary links are recorded as a placeholder rather than their code. Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how quickly pages load, gets the same stripped path.

Analytics is off for the contents of a check, a document, or a share code. A shared-summary link is counted as a placeholder path, not as the code itself.
