Wording it covers
The claim reader flags phrases like these, wherever they appear in an ad:
- “instant”
- “immediate results”
- “walk out glowing”
- “same-day results”
- “results you can see today”
What would back it up
- Photos from day three and from the review visit, not only from the day of treatment
- When the follow-up review is, and whether it costs extra
The question to ask
When do you review the result, and does that visit cost extra?
Can it be checked?
Could be measured. This is a real question with a real answer. Ask it, and ask for the answer in writing.
Timing. A claim about time. Ask when the result is reviewed, and when it has to be repeated.
