Collagen talk describes a process, not a result. It doesn’t say how much changes, how long it lasts, or whether you’d see it in the mirror.
Wording it covers
The claim reader flags phrases like these, wherever they appear in an ad:

What would back it up
- How much change, over what period, measured how
- How long it lasts before it needs repeating
- What you would see at two weeks, and what at three months

Can it be checked?
Could be specific, and is not. It could be said specifically, and isn’t. Ask for the specific version.
