  • “permanently”
  • “forever”
  • “lifetime results”
  • “never comes back”

The question to ask

How long does this realistically last, and what does upkeep cost per year?

Can it be checked?

Could be measured. This is a real question with a real answer. Ask it, and ask for the answer in writing.
