Time. Specifically, the time to read the consent form and look up a license before you pay.
Wording it covers
The claim reader flags phrases like these, wherever they appear in an ad:
- “today only”
- “this week only”
- “expires”
- “last chance”
- “limited spots”
- “flash sale”
- “book now to lock”
What would back it up
- Whether the price holds after a proper consultation
- What the price is next month
The question to ask
Will this price still be available after a consultation, or only if I book now?
Can it be checked?
Could be measured. This is a real question with a real answer. Ask it, and ask for the answer in writing.
Commercial. A term of the sale. Ask for it in writing before any money moves.
